[ARCHIVED] Register for a COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment at the Emeryville Senior Center


The Emeryville Senior Center has been confirmed for a COVID-19 vaccination clinic. Wellspring Pharmacy will be the vaccination partner servicing the site.  If you haven’t received your COVID-19 vaccine yet and would like to, please register using the link below. 

If you need assistance with registration, please contact us at 510-596-3730 and our staff will help to get you registered.

At the end of the registration, choose Emeryville Senior Center. You will then be able to choose an appointment slot on the correct date.


When accessing the link, you will be able to see multiple locations available. At the end of the registration, please choose the location that matches your facility/organization name: EMERYVILLE SENIOR CENTER. You will then be able to choose an appointment slot on the correct date (5/27/21).

To assist the pharmacy with clinic flow, please do the following:

  • Wear short sleeves or a loose-fitting long sleeve shirt.
  • All individuals must wear a mask when arriving at the clinic.
  • Please bring your ID and insurance, Medicare, or Medi-Cal card. If you do not have insurance, a driver’s license will be fine.
    • There is no charge for the vaccine and no one will be turned away due to insurance status or identification. The insurance information is collected so the pharmacy can recoup the cost for providing this service.
