Annual Bulky "Spring Cleanup"
is Coming!
JULY 13 - 14, 2020
All properties in single-family neighborhoods have access to the free citywide bulky "Spring Cleanup" event, scheduled for July 13 and 14 on your regular pickup day. Please see here for pickup guidelines.
In addition, single-family properties can also schedule one additional Bulky Pickup during the year. To schedule a Bulky Pickup for your home address, please visit the customer service website or call 510-613-8710 with your account number. To schedule a Bulky Pickup for your multi-family building, please speak to your property manager.
