[ARCHIVED] Emeryville Residents Can Now Include An Additional Personal Waste Container for Pickup

Waste Container Example 3

To address additional waste creation during the Shelter in Place order, residences within Emeryville with excess waste may now place an additional personal container at the curb for pick-up on their appointed collection day.

The container must be designed as a waste container, and recommended size is between 32 and 44 gallons. Some examples of acceptable containers are shown here. All containers will be unloaded via mechanical arm and Waste Management cannot take responsibility for damaged personal containers.

Please email zerowaste@emeryville.org for any questions.
