The 2020 Annual Business License Tax packets were mailed out in December to all the businesses in the City. Business License Taxes were due January 1, 2020 and become delinquent after March 1, 2020.

Any individual, partnership, corporation or sole proprietor who wishes to conduct, either directly or indirectly, in any business within the City of Emeryville, including the rental of housing units, must secure a business license certificate.
