[ARCHIVED] Grant Opportunity to Trade in An Older Vehicle for a Clean Car

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District is inviting income-qualified Bay Area residents to apply for the Clean Cars for All grant program, which provides incentives to retire older vehicles and replace them with a clean air vehicle or Clipper Card for public transit.

Program Eligibility

  1. Must be a Bay Area resident.
  2. Your household income must fall within one of the specified income brackets.
  3. Your vehicle is registered in California under your name, model year from 2004 or older, operational, and under 10,000 pounds.
  4. You must be a new applicant to a vehicle replacement grant program.
