Emeryville Arts Center

Arts Center

Community Workshop

Monday, February 11, 2019

6:30 - 8:00 PM

Emeryville City Council Chambers

1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville

Orton Development, an Emeryville-based developer that specializes in rehabilitating dilapidated industrial buildings, is partnering with the City of Emeryville to develop the Emeryville Arts Center. The project will rehabilitate the former United Stamping Company building located adjacent to City Hall into a mixed-use development that will feature art studios, office, co-working area for arts groups and non-profits, and a venue and gallery space that will host the annual Emeryville Celebration of the Arts as well as other cultural events.

Community outreach is a cornerstone of Orton Development’s ideation and design process. We would like to meet with you - Emeryville’s residents, workholders, and stakeholders - to hear your thoughts on the surrounding neighborhood and learn what you would like to see at the new Emeryville Arts Center.

The event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP through our EventBrite page HERE.

In the event that you are unable to attend, or sessions are fully booked please do not worry; we'll have a variety of events in the upcoming months. You can also contact Carole Ann Bradley directly with questions or concerns. Carole can be reached at cbradley@ortondevelopment.com or (510) 734 -7628.
