[ARCHIVED] Emeryville Candlelight Peace Vigil Tonight!

This coming Tuesday, November 13th, from 6:00-7:00pm on the steps of the Emeryville Civic Center at 1333 Park Avenue, and in partnership with Not In Our Town, the City will hold a Candlelight Peace Vigil as part of United Against Hate Week here in the Bay Area. It will culminate with a candlelight vigil and the blessing of a Peace Pole to be installed on the grounds at City Hall. This day also happens to be World Kindness Day - a message we hope to share with everyone in our community.

Our community is strongest when we come together in the face of adversity. Please share this open invitation with your employees, tenants, neighbors and other community stakeholders. We hope you will join us next week as we stand united against hate. Please contact me with any questions.
