Alameda County Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program

If you are in need of financial relief to address delinquent mortgage, property taxes, property insurance, HOA or HELOC payments, the Alameda County Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (EMAP), is accepting applications for homeowners that experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.  Emeryville Homeowners can apply for a one time grant up to $30,000.
