Business License Tax Due for 2023

Business License Taxes were due January 1, 2023 and become delinquent after March 1, 2023.

Any individual, partnership, corporation, or sole proprietor who wishes to conduct, either directly or indirectly, in any business within the City of Emeryville, including the rental of housing units, must secure a business license certificate.
