[ARCHIVED] Emeryville Business License Tax Due for 2022

Business License Certificate

The 2022 Annual Business License Tax packets were mailed out in November to all the businesses in the City. Business License Taxes were due January 1, 2022 and become delinquent after March 1, 2022.

Any individual, partnership, corporation, or sole proprietor who wishes to conduct, either directly or indirectly, in any business within the City of Emeryville, including the rental of housing units, must secure a business license certificate.

If you have questions regarding the Business License renewal process or calculations of your Business License Tax due, please call the Business License Desk at (510) 596-4325 or email: Finance@Emeryville.org

You can also come in person to ask questions or make payments at the Finance Counter located in City Hall. The public counter hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM -12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. We accept checks, money orders or cash for payment. We do not accept credit/debit cards.
