Emeryville Coastal Cleanup Day 2021 in Honor of Nora Davis 

Saturday, September 18, 2021


The annual Emeryville Coastal Cleanup is on for 2021! This year’s cleanup is in honor of Nora Davis, 27-year Councilmember and environmental advocate.

The Cleanup will happen Saturday, September 18th, starting 9:00 AM next to the Fire Station at 2333 Powell Street! Participants are welcomed to start after the 9:00 AM kickoff as they feel comfortable, however please note that all tools must be returned by noon. 

The event will follow all local, state, and federal safety protocols. Please review the COVID-19 self-assessment checklist and safety protocol prior to attending the event. 

We are encouraging the use of the CleanSwell App to log trash recovered, paper forms and pencils will also be available. Gloves, masks, and tools/bags will be available for those who can not bring their own. For questions, please contact zerowaste@emeryville.org

Bring:Reusable water bottle, collection bags/pails, garden digging claw, work gloves
Wear:Sturdy shoes, layers, sunscreen, hat, mask
