The City of Emeryville provides a variety of programing for school aged youth, TK-5th grade. All programs are based within youth development principles and practices. Concussion Protocol

All youth under the age of 18 are required to have a concussion protocol form on file with the department. The form is valid for one (1) year. It is important for all families to know and understand our concussion protocol as it may affect your child's ability to participate in programing after sustaining a head injury. General and Covid-19 Liability Forms

All program participants must sign the City's General Liability and Covid-19 Liability forms prior to registration. Please read them all thoroughly prior to registering and let us know if you have any questions.

Family Handbooks 

Family handbooks are an integral part of each of our programs. All payment and program polices can be found in these handbooks along with the information we provide on our website and receipts. Please pay special attention to attendance, behavior, and payment requirements as your read the handbook. We ask that all program policies, rules and behavior guidelines be reviewed with each participant prior to enrollment. Our General Family handbook is here.
