Personal Information
John has been an Emeryville resident since 2012. He is a former legal aid attorney who represented victims of domestic violence, people experiencing homelessness, and tenants facing eviction. John currently works as a nonprofit policy director on behalf of victims of violent crime and as an advocate for investments in community-based behavioral health programs that promote wellness and community safety. He is a animal lover, bicyclist and outdoors enthusiast, and can often be spotted on the Bay Trail or Emeryville Greenway.
